The TRIVAC B are oil-sealed vacuum pumps based on the rotary vane principle. The oil injected into the suction chamber is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling. The pump body is composed of individual parts without sealing elements. These are pinned to ensure easy disassembly and assembly.

The TRIVAC-B standard models are certified according to the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, cat. 3 inside. In addition, one model per pumping speed class is certified according to 2014/34/EU (ATEX), Cat. 3 inside and 3 outside.

Two different TRIVAC D 16 B models for pumping off explosive atmospheres from Zone 0 are available for special applications. Both models are certified according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, Cat. 1 inside and 2 outside.
